Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hypertype, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Hypertype for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Hypertype
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts or bots
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user

User Content

Hypertype allows you to track your typing statistics and progress. You retain all rights to your performance data. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your statistics for the purpose of providing the service.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hypertype and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hypertype, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
